FAQ
Quick answers.
Will styled QR codes still scan?
Yes. MonaQR keeps high error correction and conservative defaults. Scan once on your phone before a big print run.
What is a print pack?
One design exported as a sticker sheet, table tent, menu insert and A4 poster so you do not resize by hand. Free includes a poster with a small MonaQR mark. Starter and Pro drop the mark and include every size.
Can I change the link after I print the code?
Yes on Starter ($9/mo or $90/yr) and Pro ($19/mo or $190/yr). The printed code points at a short MonaQR link. You edit the destination in your account. Free codes encode the destination directly, so a new URL needs a new print.
Do MonaQR codes expire?
No time limit while the account is active. Free static codes are just the destination baked into the image. Paid dynamic codes keep working as long as the MonaQR link is live.
What is the best free QR code generator with a logo?
If you want a logo in the centre and a look that matches a café or shop, MonaQR Free does that for 3 codes (website, WhatsApp, Wi-Fi, note, socials, small bio page) with a PNG download. No card. Starter removes the print mark and adds image codes plus a full bio page.
How do I make a WhatsApp QR code?
In the maker pick WhatsApp, enter the number and an optional first message. Scanning opens a chat. Free includes WhatsApp codes.
How do I make a Wi-Fi QR code?
Pick Wi-Fi, enter the network name, password and encryption (WPA, WEP, or open). Phones join the network from the scan. Wi-Fi codes stay static because the payload is the network, not a URL.
Is there a free dynamic QR code?
MonaQR Free encodes the destination in the image, so it is static. Dynamic short links (change the URL after printing, scan counts) start at Starter, $9/mo or $90/yr.
Is MonaQR a Linktree alternative?
A MonaQR bio page is a single page on your own subdomain (yourname.monaqr.site) with links, social icons, optional photos and notes. You can print a QR that opens it. It is not a full social CMS. If you only need a few links plus a code on the table, it is built for that.
Do image pages get indexed?
Image pages on img.monaqr.site are user photos. They are served noindex so a photo dump does not flood search. Bio pages with a real title can be indexed.
